No prediction or guarantee

A historical hit rate is a description of past recorded results, not the probability that the same result will occur in the next game. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and no statistic, trend label, article, or tool on HitRateProp guarantees a winning wager.

Data sources and third-party rights

Certain underlying sports information used by HitRateProp is supplied through PropLine and other applicable third-party sources. Third-party data and materials remain subject to the rights, licences, restrictions, and terms of their respective owners or providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party source data to HitRateProp or to site visitors.

Permitted use and automated access

You may use HitRateProp for personal research. HitRateProp's original presentation, calculations, derived statistics, analysis, trend descriptions, page structure, and other original site content may not be systematically copied, scraped, harvested, reproduced, republished, redistributed, resold, or used to populate another database, website, application, or competing service without prior written permission, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

Automated bulk downloading, systematic extraction, attempts to bypass rate limits or access controls, and activity that creates unreasonable load on HitRateProp systems are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing. Search engines and other legitimate crawlers remain subject to published crawler instructions and reasonable technical controls.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or additional information. HitRateProp does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, odds, offers, policies, or actions.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HitRateProp is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or error-free data. HitRateProp is not responsible for wagering losses or decisions made from use of the site.
