How to use HitRateProp

Use hit rates to find trends worth researching — not as a promise of what happens next.

What is a hit rate?

A hit rate tells you how often a player finished over or under your selected line during a past-game window. If Over 19.5 Points is 80% at L10, the player went over in 8 of those 10 games.

Compare more than one window

Look for consistency. A player showing 100% L5, 90% L10 and 85% L20 has a different history than someone at 100% L5 but only 45% L20. Short hot streaks can be misleading.

Click through the results

Open a player, compare their props and lines, then click a percentage to inspect the individual games. Look for role or minutes changes, outliers, recent form and whether the sample is large enough.

Over isn't the only angle

A low Over rate can point you toward the other side. Switch to Under and see how consistently the player has stayed below that same line.

Important: An 80% historical hit rate does not mean there is an 80% chance the prop wins next game. Historical hit rates do not automatically account for the next opponent, injuries, lineup or role changes, minutes, pace, weather, or the betting price. Use HitRateProp as a research starting point, not a prediction or guarantee.
